Thank you for your feedback. We are pleased to hear that Anna did a fabulous job on your treatment. However, we must clarify that the voucher presented was not 10 days out of date. As shown on the voucher, it expired on 09/06/2025 and was presented over a year after its expiry date. The handwritten note on the voucher also shows a remaining balance of €25 from a previous visit. While our salon was unfortunately closed for a period following an arson attack between 26 September 2025 and 4 November 2025, this occurred several months after the voucher had already expired and therefore had no impact on its validity period. We understand that expired vouchers can be disappointing, but like most businesses, we have expiry dates in place and cannot honour vouchers indefinitely. Customers would not generally expect retailers such as Tesco or Dunnes Stores to accept vouchers that expired over a year ago, and the same policy applies to our business. We are sorry that you felt our explanation was rude; no offence was intended. We simply explained our voucher policy, which is applied consistently to all customers.
